Identa-Guard ™ is a comprehensive, yet easy to use, pre-designed, template driven program. The program covers both personal and household items as well as many other types of information you will need in case of an emergency. The program has a few extra forms covering information on the HIPAA privacy laws (see the link above). Also an accident report form to carry in your car.
It allows you to document any type of item or record of importance to you and your family. Because it is a word processing program, it is easy to use for beginners as well as seasoned computer users.
Young people can begin using the program when they venture out on their own and start their first home. Once the individual file is created they can continue to add to it as they accumulate new assets and other important records.
Established families can document their existing vital family records and assets with no limitations to size or volume. Being a word processing program, anything that needs to be documented can be added to the program.
The program can be secured with a password created by you. If using Microsoft Word as your word processor, the instructions on password protection is included on the CD.
