This example is a sample of what your custom CD will look like. The CD will have your Company Name, Address, Phone Number, and Website/email address on the top of the CD with the largest font possible. Your company logo will be placed on the left side of the CD. The background color will compliment your logo and company colors. Please provide PMS colors if you use them. CD operating instructions are on the right side, and the Identa-Guard™ copyright information is on the bottom section.

If you sell any type of "emergency preparedness" items this is an ideal product to add to your line. It is a great program to help your customers be prepared in case of any unexpected emergency. It is also a great item to use as a promotional incentive gift from your company.
The minimum quantity for a custom design order is 10 CD's. We have special prices for larger quantities available upon request . There is a one time set up fee for designing your CD Label.
Custom orders take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery, after design approval. Please provide a clear copy of the information you want printed on the CD along with artwork for your logo. Also include any PMS colors you currently use. Before production of your order, you will be provided with a copy of the label for approval. Custom designed orders are to be prepaid.
If this order is for resale, please provide us with your resale number when ordering. Otherwise Arizona sales tax will be applied to your order. Shipping and handling costs are included in the price.
